   logos, storylines, graphics, text, and digital media—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ocean Creative and is
   protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
   Strict Restrictions & AI Prohibition:
   Personal Non-Commercial Use Only: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
   view comics for personal entertainment.
   No Reproduction or Redistribution: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, re-upload, sell,
   or mirror any comic panels, artwork, or content without explicit written permission from Ocean Creative.
   Prohibition of Scraping & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Training: Automated data collection, web scraping, data
   mining, or extraction of any artwork or text on this Website for any purpose—including the training of machine

3. User Conduct & Fan Art Guidelines
   We love fan appreciation! However, fan art and non-commercial fan engagement must respect our ownership rights.
   You may create fan art for personal enjoyment, provided you do not sell physical or digital merchandise featuring our

4. E-Commerce & Merchandise Terms (Applicable to Store Purchases)
   When merchandise sales become active on this Website, the following terms govern all commercial transactions:
   Pricing & Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or
   discontinue items at any time.
   Orders & Payments: Orders placed are subject to acceptance and verification. Payment is processed securely
   via our payment gateway provider, Airwallex. We do not directly store complete credit card information.
   Shipping & Delivery: Estimated delivery times are non-binding. Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to
   you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or carrier
   delays.
   Refunds & Returns: All merchandise sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged. Damaged
   goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence to request a replacement or store
